First stop: the group heads into Tamarack Outdoors in the Village to stock up on anything they need and pick up their lunches. Our pack lunches for the day are made in house by Switchback Micro-Cafe. You will find them filling and delicious..the special trail treat in each one you will love! There will be a chance to use the public washroom close to the store before heading to the trail head.

We will hike to Rowe Meadow (5.2 kms, 425 metre elevation gain), a beautiful open meadow surrounded by mountain peaks, to set up our Painting camp. From there, an option to hike to the Upper Lake will be offered to those wanting the challenge, and will return to “camp” to continue painting with the group.
