RETAIL STORE EXCHANGE/ RETURN POLICY
Regular priced items may be returned or exchanged within 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE, with a receipt. All SALE and specific items are a FINAL sale.*
All items to be exchanged or returned must be in STORE-BOUGHT, TAGGED, UNWORN & UNWASHED condition with a receipt. We are unable to exchange or return without a receipt (digital or paper).
*The following items are FINAL SALE: SALE ITEMS, Bear Spray, Rain Poncho’s, Socks, Camping Fuel, Underwear, Swimwear, Tents, Sleeping Pads & Bags, Hydration Bladders & Bottles, Hammocks & Accessories and sealed products with a broken seal or with the tag removed.
Defective/warranty items are covered by individual manufacturers’ policies. Normal wear and tear are specifically excluded. In areas of doubt, the manufacturer has the final say and has the option of repairing or replacing the item in question. The customer must deal directly with the manufacturer, with some exceptions.
HIKER SHUTTLE CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full Refunds for Hiker Shuttle Bookings* will only be given if cancellation is received at least 48 Hours in advance of shuttle date.
(*For Cameron Express Shuttle ONLY, Full Refunds will be given if cancellation is received at least 24 Hours in advance of shuttle date.) Since a minimum is required for shuttle to run, we will refund you if minimum is not met.
IF SHUTTLE IS BOOKED WITHIN 24 HOURS THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE, CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS.
All fees are refundable if the trip is cancelled by the Tamarack based on road & trail conditions or weather.
